A global provider of hardware and software integration expanded beyond their existing integration center and warehouse. As a consultant to the Architect, we provided the design services for a 300,000 square foot shell building fit-out. Approximately, 60,000 square feet became air conditioned integration center space where SHI unpacks computers, servers, and tablets, energizes the equipment and provides a setup according to their Clients’ requirements. This included a supplemental cooling system that is data center style but provides flexibility for future modifications. The building also includes approximately 70,000 square feet of office space including a fitness center, locker rooms, and meeting rooms.
