Advance Realty Management was in need of consulting engineering services related to the mechanical and electrical systems designs for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement systems for the property located at 1545 Route 206 in Bedminster, New Jersey. The existing packaged rooftop equipment needed to be replaced and Advance had a number of varying options from a number of contractors. Our scope of work was to review the existing installation and design a replacement solution so that the bidding process would be streamlined for the client, and bids could be effectively and directly compared.
