Ricoh USA, a national provider of digital business services and printing solutions wanted to modernize their offices and incorporate new styles in its spaces. The company headquarters would relocate from Malvern to 300 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA. The back-office operations departments would relocate from West Caldwell to 2 Gatehall Drive in Parsippany, NJ. Both projects needed to be completed quickly as the leases held by Ricoh would soon expire. Working on the projects concurrently, Engineering Driven Design PC provided the custom mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs for the tenant spaces, as well as the power and branch circuity for all IT, audio visual, and security equipment required in the spaces.
