The Mendham Township Police Department was in need of a permanent headquarters facility. After a feasibility study showed the existing municipal offices would not be able to accommodate the police department needs, Engineering Driven Design PC worked to provide custom mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structured wiring systems designs for a new, two-story headquarters building.

The new facility houses offices, meeting rooms, locker rooms, an armory, evidence storage, holding and processing rooms, as well as a sally port for safe passage to an from the building.
