The Middlesex County Vocational Technical (MCVT) School, Piscataway building was in need of a partial roof replacement over the Career Development wing. There were a number of existing HVAC units that had been in various states of operation and disrepair. Engineering Driven Design worked to identify the existing system components on the roof, and what those components were originally intended to do. Construction documents were then developed, outlining whether the equipment was to be lifted for the re-roofing project or completely removed and replaced.

The electrical and plumbing scopes of work supported the HVAC scope of work.
