Insmed, a global biopharmaceutical company, was at capacity and in need of additional space. The plan was to alter the occupied basement level and expand onto the second floor of Building L at the Center of Excellence in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Engineering Driven Design worked to identify the facility constraints and requirements, and provided engineering systems and system control designs to accommodate new laboratory and office spaces. Construction documents were then developed, outlining the approximately 17,500 square foot renovation to the expanded facility.
