The Owner of Glen Toyota in Fair Lawn, New Jersey purchased an existing industrial building in Fair Lawn with the vision of bringing the sales, service, and office under one roof. Engineering Driven Design worked with the Owner’s Architect in 2015 to design HVAC systems for the entire building including the ability to add cooling on energy recovery units for the service area in the future, a new electric service to the building, all new plumbing systems including natural gas and compressed air. The project was completed in Summer of 2016.
